The History

Initially, the firm began to handle a wide range of aspects within civil law, including credit recovery, family law, and compensation for damages arising from road traffic accidents.

Subsequently, the expertise shifted towards the field of criminal law, with a particular focus on safeguarding companies in matters of workplace accidents and safety, corporate crimes, property-related offenses, drug-related offenses, and illegal immigration.

The close correlation between criminal issues and protection in the administrative field, such as building offenses, violations of the T.U.L.P.S. (Public Security Consolidation Act), and illegal immigration, led us to develop expertise in administrative law and the drafting of appeals before the Regional Administrative Court, for the protection of our clients.

Since 2017, the law firm has been located at 2 Daniele Piccinini Street in Bergamo.

The firm is personally managed by Attorney Omar Massimo Hegazi, who operates independently and consistently collaborates with specialized colleagues in various areas of law, in order to provide comprehensive and up-to-date assistance to each client.

Thanks to the strong professional relationships established over the years, Omar obtained authorization before the Spanish courts of first and second instance, while also maintaining professional connections with lawyers in Madrid, New York, Miami, Toronto, and Shanghai. With the support of these professionals, he can guarantee specialized assistance in areas such as corporate relocations, migrations, credit recovery, and international contract law.

THE LAWYER

Omar Massimo Hegazi

Delegate to the New York State Bar Association International Law Section and the American Bar Association International Law for the UNCITRAL commission at the United Nations in Vienna. He was also named Vice-Chair of the ABA Sill International Private Client Commission.

 

Graduated from the State University of Milan with a thesis in criminal procedure on the sensitive issue of attorney-client correspondence confidentiality.

 

Omar’s passion for the legal profession led him to become involved in national and international bar associations.

 

He was the Vice President and Treasurer of the Bergamo section of the Italian Association of Young Lawyers, within which, along with esteemed colleagues, he established the International Relations Commission.

He is also a member of the Human Rights Commission of the International Young Lawyer Association.

 

Since 2019, he has initiated a partnership between the Milan and Bergamo Bar Associations and the International Section of the Florida Bar.

In 2023, he was appointed Vice President of the Private Client Commission of the International Law Section of the American Bar Association based in Washington D.C.
